  • Due to hygiene considerations, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in a condition fit for resale. This includes intact tamper-resistant seals, original packaging, and unopened cellophane.
  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the items.
  • No price stickers or labels may be removed from the products.

Personal Care Products:

  • All personal care products are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging with intact cellophane wrap, tamper-proof seals, and lids, and are in an unused and resaleable condition.
  • If a personal care product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it to the supplier. A toll-free number will be provided for assistance with unsatisfactory products.
  • Retail Box is not liable for products that fail to meet your expectations, as suppliers are committed to accurately replacing any unsatisfactory products.

Sale Items:

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for returns.

Hygiene Products:

For hygiene reasons, brushes cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective.

Return Process:

  • You are responsible for the items until they are received and acknowledged by us.
  • All returned goods will incur a 15% handling fee.
