At The Glow, we’re committed to getting your orders to you as swiftly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and delivery services:

Delivery:

  • We prioritise prompt order processing at The Glow. Typically, your items will be dispatched within two working day from the time of your order placement.
  • After dispatch, your order should reach you within 1-5 working days. Please note that dispatch isn’t guaranteed on the day of ordering.
  • A shipping fee of R250 per shipment applies.
  • In some cases, deliveries to exceptionally remote areas may necessitate an additional delivery charge.
  • Your orders are shipped through reliable SPX Dynamix courier services.

In-store Collections:

  • We offer a convenient in-store collection option at our salon located at 2 Dingler St, Rynfield, Benoni, 1514. You will only be able to collect in-store if stock is available.

Returns:

  • For hygiene purposes, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in pristine, saleable condition, complete with all original seals and packaging intact.
  • You have 7 days from receipt to initiate a return. Please note that the responsibility for the goods lies with you until they are received and acknowledged by us. Additionally, a 15% handling fee applies to all returned items.

Shipping During Black Friday:

  • During the bustling period of Black Friday, please anticipate potential delays in shipping due to increased order volumes. We advise allowing an extra 2-3 working days for delivery during this time.
